Ina Bajaj: "I believe strongly in lifelong learning and have always dreamed of creating an educational facility for the underprivileged. This dream became a reality this year with the opening of Spring School in Kerobokan, where we provide students with little to no spa experience a chance to step into the wellness industry under the guidance of our skilled trainers. This initiative offers them opportunities to pursue employment both locally and internationally."

Q3: How does Spring Spa view its role in giving back to the local community here in Bali?

Ina Bajaj: "Community in Bali is not just significant; it’s fundamental and unwavering, extending beyond human interaction to include spiritual and natural elements of everyday life. At Springworld, we aim to give back across all these dimensions—not only by supporting charities, education, and staff development but also by honoring local rituals, celebrating traditional ceremonies, and respecting nature through natural and organic treatments. While cleanliness is essential in our industry, we adopt sustainable practices wherever possible. Amid Bali’s rapid growth, our spas strive to implement environmental and sustainable methods, with a strong commitment to sourcing the majority of our supplies locally."

Ina Bajaj: "My advice to young people is to get off your device—look, hear, and feel what is around you. Learn and experience first-hand, not through someone else's handle."
